Gianluca Sanità joined Huawei Technologies in September 2008 as Senior Marketing Manager in the EU Marketing department responsible for key accounts marketing. He has over 9 years experience in the telecommunication industry with focus on Microwave transmission area. From 2000 to 2008 he worked in Nokia Siemens Networks, former Siemens, where he was a PtoP Microwave system architecture specialist. During the last two years at NSN he played an important role in the definition of the architecture of an innovative Microwave full packet-based solution for the backhaul of mobile networks. He was member and contributor of the IEEE 802.3 standard and he holds a patent on the Hot Stand-by system.
