José Manuel Armada joined Interoute in 2002 and is Head of Sales Engineering for the Iberia region. He is responsible of Bid Support, Carrier Relations and all presales activities for corporate and wholesale customers.

Before Interoute he held Customer Service Management and Product Management positions in Global Crossing and Ebone and previously in Philips and Lucent Technologies, where he was a product specialist in optical transmission equipment and SDH for several projects , including the first live STM-16  SDH route in the world for the Barcelona 1992 Olympic games.
