Josephine Conroy is Principle Network Engineer for European Architecture and Engineering at Level 3 Communications.

Josephine has been with Level 3 since 1999. She was the Project Manager and engineering lead on the deployment of Level 3’s Yellow transatlantic cable system, which was the first transatlantic terabit system. 

Before joining Level 3, Josephine worked in range of roles from marine planning and deployment to terrestrial based system engineering and network integration.

She is based in the London office.
