Oleg is currently Head of Capacity Product Management where he is focused on developing the BICS’s Capacity portfolio. Belgacom International Carrier Services (BICS) supports some 500 mobile and fixed carrier/operator customers worldwide, through sales offices in Brussels, Berne, Dubai, Singapore and New York, with network assets which span the globe. BICS build, in a flexible way, solutions to help carriers and enterprise evolve their networks.

In his more than 10 year in the telecom world, Oleg worked within the Belgian incumbent Telecom Operator as Sales Account Representative, Data Telecom Consultant (IP and/or ATM based VPN), Data Product Manager responsible for Data Connectivity and finally Expert in backbone related issues in the Regulatory Strategy Group for this topics : Unbundling of the Local Loop, Bitstream & Leased Line).
