Tom Davidson started to work for Belgacom as a business analyst and project leader on different end-to-end ICT projects in 1996. Belgacom is Belgium’s incumbent operator. As an enterprise architect, he got familiar with the needs of the professional market: He was a key player in the launch and design of the new VDSL2 technology, and has a broad strategic view on all future technologies and topologies.
Currently, as a senior product manager within the Enterprise Business Unit, he is the driving force behind the further evolution of Belgacom’s Explore converged platform. As responsible for the managed network services product portfolio, he develops all added-value networking services like security services, teleworking services, QoS, backup services, application performance management, end-to-end service monitoring,… and he brings Explore to the next level as basis of our end-to-end netwerk centric ICT strategy.
